MEET MAC MCCRACKEN
Mac Allan McCracken is the CEO of Eagle Security Services. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the military, law enforcement, and security.
Mac served in the U.S. Army from 1981 to 1993. Upon receiving his degree in Criminal Justice and graduating from the police academy, Mac went to work for the Washington Police Department, where he worked his way up to the rank of Chief Investigator. During that time he was also working as an adjunct instructor with the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Georgia.
On September 11, 2001, Mac joined the planning and training team for the newly developed Federal Air Marshal Program. Mac was one of the lead instructors for that program, and trained over 6,000 Federal Air Marshals. After completing the training, Mac was assigned to oversee security for the TSA Assessment Centers across the U.S.
In October 2002, Mac settled in Detroit and took a civilian position as the Security Director for Comerica Tower in Downtown Detroit. In April 2007, he was offered and accepted a position at the Director of Security for the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy.
