MEETING THE HIGHEST PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS: ASIS GUIDELINES
The American Society for Industrial Security, (ASIS) has drafted guidelines for the training and selection of private security officers. These guidelines recommend 48 hours of training in specified topics within an officer’s first 100 days of employment. To meet the requirements, security officers must pass written examinations to demonstrate understanding of subject matter.
Eagle Security Services commitment to training and depth of resources allow industry-leading compliance with ASIS recommendations. The list below outlines ASIS training requirements and corresponding Eagle resources that fulfill them. Eagle Security offers course material in various media including e-learning, self-study books, video and instructor-led classes.
